The shared legislative record and its cited, review-gated interpretation. Public analysis can be shared, forwarded, and searched. Nothing private lives here.

Office-private workspace

A sealed plane for a legislative office: sponsored bills, vote queues, floor briefs, and notes. Support access is time-boxed, approved by the office, and audited. Office work does not feed advocacy products or caucus analytics.

Caucus-shared sidecar

An opt-in rail where caucuses and legislative organizations publish priorities and briefing packets down to member offices. Content flows down; private office positions, notes, and read behavior stay sealed in the office plane.

Content flows down from caucus to office. Private work product never flows up or across. Public analysis can be shared; private work product cannot cross planes.
